· Optimize HR policies, systems, and key projects based on Hong Kong's workplace culture and market trends, regularly evaluating their effectiveness and providing improvement suggestions.
· Establish diverse communication channels to enhance interaction between management and employees, fostering employee engagement, teamwork, and an inclusive company culture.

· Optimize job role structures and salary grading systems to establish fair and transparent mechanisms for talent evaluation and career advancement.
管控與指導

· 指導集團在香港地區的組織架構調整、員工招聘、薪酬福利及人事管理,提供專業支持與決策建議。

· Monitor the implementation of compensation plans and performance management systems, ensuring alignment between motivational strategies and business objectives.
· Lead recruitment efforts for critical positions in Hong Kong, including candidate screening, evaluation, and decision-making, ensuring reliable talent support for key roles.
